Travel Designer - Wine / Food / Europe

We're very excited to be partnering with this agency for this super unique and fulfilling role in a great team! You'll be based in SW London with a hybrid setup (although first few months will be full time office) in a wonderful location, you'll be working predominantly on Europe wine focussed tours, selling to UK & US clients. There is a probationary comission guarantee when you first start and an excellent commission scheme overall (can tell you more if selected to interview). The Person we're looking for

Passionate about food and wine - like *REALLY* passionate - FOODIES UNITE, if you're the person your friends hand the wine list to or you've done lots of food and wine tours yourself, this is the role for you!

We're looking for a self starter that thinks outside the box, your biggest learning curve in this role will be the product - piecing bits of the puzzle together, ringing suppliers and being creative!

Huge emphasis on repeat clients at this agency, so your account management and people skills need to be top tier! 

Europe knowledge and on the ground experiences essential! We're open to candidates who have extensively travelled the regions, who may be newer to travel, but would ideally like someone who has worked in luxury travel previously.

The Role Insights:

You'll be working within a small sales team of 8 agents, on tailor made trips - with an epic team dynamic! 

You will hand over to client experience at point of sale - allowing you to focus solely on building itineraries and getting clients booked (reads: more commission opportunities!)

Every trip is unique, so you'll be phoning suppliers, building out trips on a bespoke basis and really building trips tailored to your clients - no out of the box experiences here!

Yr 1 OTE £50K+

The interview process:

Stage 1 is a phone interview with the end client

Stage 2 is Face to face in their gorgeous offices (get ready to see the epic 360 views!) with the hiring manager (sales manager)
